Head of Credit Card Portfolio, UAE recruitment

The ideal candidate has to support the Business Head of Cards in developing product, pricing, channel, process and marketing strategy to maximize interest or fee revenue from the Credit Card portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across cardholder base.
• Enhance sales channels productivity and efficiency by providing strategic and operations support.
• Develop targeted offering for untapped customer profiles and maximize the risk appetite of the bank.
• Manage retention and develop anti-attrition / win back programmes across all card products / channels.
• Initiate, plan and implement marketing as well as sales campaigns to meet sales targets within the marketing budget.
• Develop business tracking reports for various channels and monitor competitor's activities in the market for continuous business growth.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably with MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 6 year works experience in Retail Card business of which at least 2 years must be in cards portfolio role in a bank in the GCC.
• Numbers orientated and familiar with data modeling tools, forecasting of portfolio indicators, product analysis and diagnostics.
• Proficient with the Excel software.
