Head of Desk / Senior Trader – Multiple positions – new HK office recruitment
• Maintaining market share as set by Managing Director of Trading/Heads of Trading (Global and Local);
• Trading a significant portion of your product electronically to maximize your PnL;
• Running great sheets within prescribed tolerance levels set by Risk, including all correct volatility, interest rate and dividend assumptions;
• Always trading within your risk limits unless you have obtained prior approval from Managing Director of Trading;
• Always alerting the Managing Director of Trading and Risk Management if you are in violation or in jeopardy of violating your risk limits;
• Always maintaining a balanced position as spelt out by Risk;
• Always hedging the delta of a live order Immediately after trading it;
To be considered, you must demonstrate a strong track record in the related market, graduated from a top university in related discipline and have 5-10 years of experience.
