Head of Development, Corporate and Private Banking Technology recruitment
Due to business and geographical expansion, this leading Bank in Middle East is looking to make an experienced level hire to manage and lead its growing software development teams.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Implementing best of breed software development processes e.g. Agile
- Working with Architects to dri.ve technical direction
- Staff management for 5 - 7 directly running teams of 50+
- Assisting with onshore / offshore strategy
- Management of development efforts which cover 3rd party software, inhouse built enhancements and changes affected by the business
- Software vendor management / Service Level Agreement
In order to be considered for this role, you should have solid experience in the above, gained from a relevant banking environment or financial services software houses. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a pacy and changing environment are also essential for this role.
