Head of Employee Relations, APAC-Global Management Consultancy recruitment

Based in Hong Kong (although open to other locations), your responsibilities will include streamlining HR processes and employment policies across the region, ensuring ER risk is managed, resolving internal compliance concerns and generally making sure that the HR operations run smoothly across the region to promote a fair and respectful work environment. In addition, this role will work extensively with local HR, in-house legal teams and country counsels.

A solid understanding of employment law and HR processes are key. A background or training in law would be ideal and a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, gained in multiple countries within Asia Pacific is expected. Most importantly, you will exercise sound judgment and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and have a strong advisory and consultative approach. Fluency in English is essential and an Asian language preferable.
