Head of Employer Brand recruitment

* To own the articulation Here for good from an employees' perspective - including potential, current and previous ones - so that it is unique, compelling and differentiating.
* Collaborate across the function, especially with other Specialists, HR Executive Committee and Group Brand to develop and action an approach for embedding the employee articulation of the brand into our employee experience; comprising of two key elements; the employee lifecycle, and the broader working environment in the Bank. Ensuring managers have the capability to deliver the employer brand in their daily interactions with their team members will be key.
* Collaborate with other colleagues in the Employer Brand and Culture team to ensure the approach is integrated with the new people and organisation ambition; and its focus on, Agility, Experience and Strengths. Also to define the metrics by which we will measure our success in the future.
* Internal engagement with the brand - take responsibility for implementing appropriate elements in the overall plan, and partner with other stakeholders in HR and Group Brand to ensure a seamless and joined up delivery of the whole programme. Specific attention would be paid in 2012 to the pan-Bank campaigns and leadership alignment.
* Internal consulting - work with the business and function HR teams to support their work in embedding the employer brand. For instance, in 2012, one identified area of focus is CB Relationship Managers.
* Employee life-cycle - develop tools, techniques, standards and templates to enable colleagues to embed the employer brand into their processes and procedures. As custodian of the employer brand, partner with them to ensure they, their teams and external suppliers have the requisite knowledge and capability to do this, and that what they are developing follows the rules, and embodies the guidelines. Priority partners in this work will be the Talent Acquisition, internal resourcing teams also Talent and Learning to ensure the HR curriculum aligns to the capabilities we need to build in HRRMs, Talent Acquisition and the wider function.

Successful candidates must have previous experience in a similar 'Head of Employer Brand' role:

* Worked in a multinational corporation with a strong focus on brand
* Experience of brand development and management, particularly internally and within human resources
* Some consultancy or agency experience
