Head of Entry-Level Recruitment recruitment
You will head up a high profile team responsible for the design and delivery of three entry level resourcing programmes, ultimately designed to successfully promote the business as an employee of choice. The role therefore focusses on attracting graduates through marketing and identifying new innovative ways in which to source future private bankers. You will effectively manage the day to day running of a team and ensure tasks including assessment and selection processes are reviewed and monitored, assess performance of graduates, build relationships with external vendors and provide oversight of budgets and headcounts.
The successful candidate will hold;
• Direct experience working within graduate or programmatic recruitment from a financial services institution
• Proven capability of executing and delivering large volume graduate recruitment programmes
• Vendor and project management skills
• Experience in selection design and external procurement of services
• Knowledge of UK and EMEA graduate and MBA marketplace including understanding of education and qualifications
• Experience of building attraction and marketing campaigns
• Existing relationships with universities and other partners will put you at a distinct advantage
• Previous experience leading a team is also an advantage
