Head of Equity Derivatives Product Control recruitment
• Management of a team of 40 controllers based in London and international
• Leadership on a significant portfolio of change initiatives
• Responsibility and oversight of the production and explanation of PL, review of Balance Sheet and valuation (including IPV processes and model control)
• Acting as an SME within ongoing migration / integration projects.
• Add value to the business through understanding of costs, regulatory changes, RWAs and Liquidity
• Pursue ideas for the streamlining of processes to deliver efficiency gains
The individual will be required to establish collaborative working relationships at all levels, with both the business and support areas (e.g. Market Risk, Technology and Operations) as well as other areas within Finance, in order to provide an integrated and proactive approach to business development and facilitation
Requirements
• Experience of managing teams in a complex business
• Strong knowledge of Structured Products
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Good academic record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of leading change.
