Head of FI and Public Sector in Japan recruitment


• As the Head and first start-up member, the successful candidate mst define strategy for coverage for financial institutions and public sector clients  (*Note - The successful candidate must speak Native Japanese and business level English) 

• Managing and expanding the FI and Public Sector Coverage in Japan by focusing on Top Banking players, mid-size Insurers and major Asset Managers

• Promoting and maximizing relational and transactional cross-selling (Capital and liquidity solutions (Debt Capital Markets, Hedging Solutions and Performance enhancers)

• Develop new relationship with FI clients in Japan in line with the strategy of the business line and the bank

• Promote the firm strengths, as well as products, solutions and financial services toward this client group

• Identifies business opportunities and provides the appropriate products and solutions

• Ensures the timeliness and smooth working of key processes: credit, client reviews, reporting product flows and solution implementation

• Ensures that the objectives and procedures of firms and client are met and followed

• Execute approved strategies with the concerned product lines and monitor progress

• Monitors the quarterly relationship review process

• Coordinates budget preparation and follow-up, quarterly reporting and other ad-hoc reporting 

• Coordinates with other departments to ensure optimal implementation of client
