Head of Finance recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management and annual financial / statutory reporting accounts.
- Budgeting and reforecasting process including agreement and reporting on targets and KPI's.
- Monitoring and reporting of treasury, capital and liquidity requirements.
- Ensuring that first rate financial processes and controls operate across all parts of the business.
- Managing primary relationships for all finance matters with Group companies, reinsurers and internal and external audit.
- Playing a key role in driving the strategic direction of the finance function.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of ten years PQE.
- 5 years people management
- Previous experience in a managing the finance function of an Insurance company or similar would be highly advantageous.
- Leadership/change management skills.
- Highly driven, energetic.
