Head of Finance recruitment

Your duties will include:
- Financial and operational analysis looking at strategic plans both long and short term including the operational budgets of the consultancy.
- Having overall responsibility for the areas of accounting and consolidation processes.
- To lead a large and fragmented project accounting team responsible for major projects.
- Ensuring the best practice and efficient controls and procedures are in place.
- Working very closely with staff across the organisation including highly senior staff to ensure your division is providing a value added service.
The successful candidate will have between ten to 20 years experience in a multinational blue chip company within the construction industry. You will have a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA. You will be Western educated and candidates currently residing in the UK, Australia or US are encouraged to apply. You should have more than five years current experience working for a major multinational construction or engineering company.
