Head of Finance
This US MNC is currently expanding its operations significantly across APAC. As they look to strengthen their team, they now require an experienced Head of Finance to take responsibility for financial operations for South East Asia.
Reporting into the CFO for APAC, you will be expected to offer strategic insights to the business by providing up-to-date, relevant and commercially focused financial information - acting as a business partner across the region. You will be supported by a local finance team and also be responsible for guiding and mentoring each team member; including carrying out regular reviews and career plans.
Key requirements
- 10+ years experience, with last 3-4 in a strategic, business facing role
- Degree educated, ideally with CPA/ACCA
- Proven people management and team building skills
- Ability to interpret and present complex financial information to finance and non-finance colleagues
- Prior Big-4 experience would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and ideally Bahasa and/or Mandarin
- Ideally experience in SAP
