Head of Finance, Singapore recruitment
With the full backing of the COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the 10 members strong finance team as well as the remit to drive change and add an extra commerciality to the CFO function.
Responsibilities:
- Drive change to enhance the finance function.
- Run the Finance Function for the Singapore Entity.
- Deliver Statutory, Regulatory and Management reports.
- Enhance management reporting through strong financial analysis.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with the business and the regulators.
Requirements:
- Must bring a positive mind-set to the role and should be able to challenge the status quo to drive improvements.
- The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong technical Accounting background.
- At least 7 years of similar managerial finance experience in a bank in North East Asia, ideally in Singapore.
- Strong communication skills to face internally and externally.
150-180k SGD Base + bonus + benefits
