Head of Financial Management
This high performing NHS Foundation Trust in Central London has a reputation for delivering the highest quality services and an unparalleled ability to attract the highest performing talent within their fast paced and dynamic finance team. Due to recent change a new opportunity as arisen for a talented Head of Financial Management to drive strategy across the Trust on a project/interim basis.
Leading a robust and complex team of 20 plus staff you will engage with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Trust and externally as the face of the financial management team. You will be the finance lead across multiple strategies and projects, as well as overseeing the successful operation of the Trusts board reporting and business partnering.
You will be a qualified senior finance leader with a proven track record of staff management through change and improvement. Ideally, some exposure to the NHS, although the focus for successful applicants will be leading large teams in multi-tiered complex organisations and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
