Senior Payroll Supervisor
Looking for an experienced pay roller to join a small team of three on a temporary basis to help out and cover in their busy period. This job is on a temporary basis, full time and will last approximately 3 months within an organisation that is involved in the higher education sector, well established and based in Cheltenham.
With approximately 1200 employees via the payroll system, which consist of permanent staff members, PTHP and casual claims, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenge. Reporting to the payroll manager this role is very hands on and you must be prepared to process claims forms, but also be able to step up and supervise the other colleagues in the team when needed.
You must be self-motivated, driven and have strong leadership skills in order to perform well in this job, with past experience in payroll being a key requirement. And as they currently operate three final salary pension schemes, knowledge of this area would be an advantage.
