Head of FP&A recruitment
Our client, a multi award winning Private Equity firm with a strong track record executing pioneering investments is recruiting a Head of FPA. Reporting to the FD and supervising a team of c13, this high profile and commercial role will support divisional strategy, develop and improve portfolio valuation and complete a range of project work including investment/fund analysis, fund raising and investor presentations.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading a team of c13
• Developing MI and KPIs for portfolio valuations
• Supporting the FD with divisional strategy projects
• Ad hoc projects including investor presentations, fund raising projects and bespoke investment/fund analysis
Candidates will be qualified Accountants with an exceptional academic record and proven managerial experience. Candidates will display excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively mentor and manage teams, while building strong working relationships with Font office teams, 3rd party suppliers and external clients. Candidates will have excellent analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to successfully deliver projects.
