Head of Fund Accounting & TA Oversight
The Head of Fund Accounting TA fund services will work as part of the senior management team responsible for managing the firms outsourced vendors and internal oversight teams for global Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency services.
As Director, you will come from a Fund Accounting/TA background ideally from an asset manager to provide in-house Accounting expertise and will demonstrate technical knowledge of global legislative and global jurisdictions that govern UK Offshore funds.
Working as part of the senior management team you will be accustomed to advising the business on legislative tax implications for example to support the evolution and ongoing oversight of fund ranges . In addition, prior vendor management experience for Accounting TA services at a senior level is required to maintain/manage strong relationships with vendors to support the exponential growth of our clients growing fund business.
The successful candidate will proactively maintain technical knowledge of changes driven by market demands local legislative requirements and will be seen as the trusted advisor for the fund business sitting on various committees, on the board as well as contributing to industry forums.
