Head of Fund Services & Product Management
The Head of Fund Services (Fund Accounting Transfer services) and Product Management will work as part of the senior management team responsible for Fund Product Management and managing the firms outsourced vendors and internal oversight teams for global Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency services for UK Irish Fund ranges .
Candidates will come from a solid Fund Accounting/Transfer Agency background ideally from an asset manager to provide in-house Accounting expertise and will demonstrate technical knowledge of global legislative and global jurisdictions that govern UK Irish Offshore funds for the oversight of the Product Management team acting as Fund SME.
Working as part of the senior management team you will be accustomed to advising the business on legislative tax implications for example to support the evolution and ongoing oversight of fund ranges and associated marketing materials working closely with the Product Development team. In addition, prior vendor management experience for Accounting Transfer Agency services at a senior level is required to maintain/manage strong relationships with vendors to support the exponential growth of our clients growing fund business.
For the Product Management remit of this opportunity, the successful candidate will demonstrate/proactively maintain technical knowledge of changes driven by market demands local legislative requirements and will be seen as the trusted advisor for the fund business sitting on various committees, on the board as well as contributing to industry forums.
