M&A, VP / AVP
Our client is one of the largest banks in the region with an entrenched presence in Singapore and an expanding franchise in Asia. They are seeking to expand their MA team based in Singapore. You will join a high performing team in originating and executing MA advisory mandates in Singapore and the region.
You will be a generalist and can expect to work closely with coverage bankers and corporate and commercial banking RMs in Singapore and the region. You will also be working closely with the other product partners such as Equity Products Group, Debt Products Group and Treasury.
You are someone with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in MAs, both in the regulated and unregulated spaces. You have strong financial modelling skills and a flair in engaging prospective clients and fellow product partners. You are independent and are able to put together a good pitch book. Those with fewer years of experience will be considered as well.
