Their business is mutually reinforcing and they are quickly moving forward in China, and therefore are increasing its presence in corporate banking/private banking, thus further expanding its operations and their team in China.
Job Description
- Ensure all the new migration/project and new system launched.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out strictly as per the provisions of the Department Operating Instructions (DOIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and relevant Bank Policies and Instructions.
- Manage operational risk through periodic self-assessment on key controls, and coordinate, facilitate, and promote understanding of operational risk.
- Manage resources of the units to ensure that objectives are met for both service and operations; develop resources through training and job rotations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality service to customers and key stakeholders.
- Maximise productivity in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that operation of the units are managed within the defined budgets, and ensure appropriate allocation of costs (recharges) to user countries on the basis of actual usage or as otherwise agreed with the countries in conjunction with Scope Finance.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for all units and tested at defined intervals.
- Work towards effective seat utilization by way of staggered shift, staff rotation, etc.

- Strong leadership to lead and develop a large scale of team
- Good influential skills
- Good team work spirit Excellent English PC skills as well as good command of Mandarin - both speaking and writing.

- Good macro economic knowledge;
- Continual self study and self motivation capacity.
