Head of HR Hong Kong – Global Financial Services firm, Hong Kon recruitment
Our client is a leading Financial Services company with continued growth plans in the region. The need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional to provide the strategic guidance for their growth plans.
Reporting to the regional Head of HR, this role will work closely with the local CEOs of the different businesses and will sit alongside the senior management team. You will provide HR advisory support across the office of over 500 people and will lead a team of about 5 HR professionals.
Your focus will be to develop existing Human Resources practices as well as to implement new initiatives. Your role will be a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities including senior level recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning development, always acting on a consultative basis.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Human Resources management and a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably within Multinationals. An energetic, flexible approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a pre-requisite.
