Head of HR recruitment
In this role, you will be responsible in setting and organizing total HR infrastructure. You will act as the integral piece for formulation and implementation of HR strategies and key initiatives in Hong Kong and advise key stakeholders in HR initiatives.
Your key accountabilities:
Will be responsible for the HR operational function of the firm including payroll; recruitment; termination; appraisal and salary review administration of staff benefits; regulatory reporting; visa application and management of general human resources issues.
Your skills and experience:
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 12 years of HR generalist experience within the private practice and/or professional services sectors.
- Must be a strong HR Leader with solid operational and strategic experience.
- Must have sound knowledge of best HR practice and experience in implementing new HR programmes.
- Proven ability to communicate credibly at the senior management level therefore sound oral and written communication is essential.
- Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language is required.
- Results-driven, proactive, self-starter, solutions-oriented and hands-on with a can-do approach.
