With a dual reporting line to the Head of HR for APAC and to the Global Head of HR Shared Services you will be responsible for leading and redefining the HR Shared Services facility. The very initial aspects of the role will require you to review the current processes and deliverables and look at ways to make instant improvements both in quality and also cost. You will need to manage the function and this will require you to be not only a strategic HR leader but also a man manager that is able to get the best out of a team. Project work will come as standard and you will have to manage you time effectively.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong Shared Services background, you will be ideally in a similar role at the moment and be either based in Asia or looking to move here off your own back. You will need to have experience of managing a strong team and have played a key role on major regional projects. Regional experience is preferred, however candidates from overseas will be considered. English language skills are essential. In addition to this we are also looking for:
• A degree educated individual
• Experience within a large MNC
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
