The Company:
This established UK subsidiary of overseas Bank are recruiting for a Head of Human Resources
Administration with sound technical knowledge of awareness of employment legislation.
The Role:
This is a unique role encompassing all areas of human resource management, from administration
to overseeing the facilities management function, project related tasks and the main priority being,
the point of contact for HR related issues. This role will include comprehensive service, including
recruitment, contractual and statutory matters, employee relations skills including disciplinary advice,
staff training and development, HR policies, procedures and reporting.The role holder will supervise the provision of a first rate support and Facilities Management infrastructure to the business.
To manage key suppliers and co-ordinating the company's health and safety responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the outsourced payroll service. You will establish and monitor a frame work that allows management to coach, counsel and appraise staff. You will carry out HR inductions for new employees and ensure that the personnel records are properly maintained.
The Candidate:
To qualify you must have the following:
- You must be CIPD qualified.
- A self starter, confident and able to use initiative.
- Ideally you will have worked within the financial services/banking sector
- You must have technical knowledge of employment legislation
- You must have experience of Facilities management
- You will be a good relationship builder and have strong communication skills.
