The Role
Reporting directly to the executive management team, your initial goal will be working as a business partner to build out the HR function across the Asia Pacific region. Specifically, you will drive business-focused HR policies to support the steady growth plans. Partnering with your overseas HR counterparts you will manage and implement local HR initiatives to suitably fit the regional business needs. As a newly created regional position, you will devise and drive HR strategies in the areas of business transformation, talent management and organisational development.
The Successful Candidate
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years HR experience in a regional managerial capacity
- A dynamic and client focused individual, you will be able to promptly establish relationships with senior leaders and work effectively within a matrix-network
- Knowledge of Asia Pacific practices and employment laws
- Sound business acumen and strong interpersonal qualities
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, while Chinese is an added advantage
