Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia the need has arisen to hire a senior Human Resources professional of the highest calibre to join their management team in Hong Kong.
Senior Management Team Role - Newly Created Position
Reporting functionally to the Global Head of HR and the CEO for HK, and working as part of the HK executive team, this position will be responsible for developing a best practice HR function in line with business objectives with the support of a small HR team. This is a strategic role and you will be required to business partner closely with senior line management. Specifically, you will be involved in a diverse range of HR work including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisational development, as well as some hands-on operational work, always acting in an advisory capacity.
The successful candidate will be a degree-educated HR professional with an outstanding track record working within blue chip financial services organisations in an Asian regional capacity. You must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach, excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of initiative and the ability to drive and lead change. Fluency in English is essential with Cantonese being advantageous. Above all, you must have the passion, energy, credibility and maturity to deal with a challenging role in a fast growing environment.
