Head of IFA Sales recruitment
The primary responsibilities of the Head of IFA Sales will be:
• Reporting to the Directors and Executives of the Group
• Supervise and manage the financial advisors employed by the firm
• Responsibilities will include the administration and management of the office in the UK
• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations applicable to the firm

The successful candidate will drive all aspects of this new business from the start:
- Business development – devise strategy to increase fee income and AUM
- People management – motivate a team of IFAs to achieve business targets
- Business management – draft maintain UK procedure manual and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and required regulatory reporting
- Client management – establish and maintain long term relationships - working to ensure client retention
