Head of Institutional Business, SE Asia (Asset Management) recruitment
Investment Solutions:
- Segregated portfolios
- Long-only traditional funds invested in listed equities and fixed income
- Alternative products such as hedge funds and private equity
Job Responsibilities:
- Based in Singapore, the head of institutional business is responsible for promoting investment solutions to institutional investors (sovereign wealth funds, endowment funds, pension funds, central banks, government agencies, large corporates, family offices, asset managers, etc) in the region with special focus on the south-east Asia markets.
- Cross sell investment products and services to existing clients
- Identify sales opportunities, establish sales pipeline, and coordinate the sales process to meet annual sales targets
- Analyze market behavior and strategies of the institutional investors and investment consultants
- Establish credibility and maintain a good relationship with existing clients, prospects and portfolio management teams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the asset management industry with proven sales record.
- MBA and/or CFA holder is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English; Mandarin and/or other dialect is a plus.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of international financial markets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Frequent business travel is required.
