Head of Internal Audit, APAC recruitment
As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for the management of the Asia Pacific Internal Audit Department. You will report to the Audit Division in Head Office and to the regional Audit Committee. You will manage the regional internal audit team, draft and manage the audit plan, perform and supervise individual audit assignments and manage relationships with key stakeholders with a view to establishing a long-term partnership.
- University degree in either Finance or Accounting
- Accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA)
- Minimum of 10 years internal audit experience gained in a banking environment or big 4 firm in Singapore or a mature market
- Good knowledge of all audit-related subjects; commercial banking, financial market activities and related risk management processes.
- Energetic, committed, and solution-driven
- Good organizational and people management skills, as well as a high EQ.
- Good communication skills are key, the position requiring incisive and to-the-point
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (highly preferred)
- Traveling of up to 25%
