IT Infrastructure & Security Manager recruitment
The job role would involve
• To manage local IT-coordinators (internal/external) for all Middle-East hosted countries on the technical area.(including group policies, strategy best practice, architecture consolidation, centralization, harmonization, budget optimization, technical contracts …)
• To manage infrastructure in a context of new subsidiary opening (new building, move …), resource needs (local providers, external partners…) and technical integration of an existing subsidiary.
• Propose new initiatives / action plans - both technical and financial– to ensure efficient maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Management and administration of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) DRP including internet services at the IT-Hub and country attached to the HUB organization
• Ensure physical and logical security in compliance with the Group Security Standards
• Supervise relationships with external providers and partners (respect for budgets, quality of services, etc.) when systems development and/or support have been outsourced
• Monitor helpdesk activities and presents solutions to optimize the cost/efficiency ratio
• Monitor IT production and organise communication in case of misfunctioning
To communicate KPI’s to measure the quality of all technical services provided to hosted countries.
Skills Required
üKnowledge of complete spectrum of information technologies including telecommunications, architecture operations
üExpertise in security standards policies
üExperience in Project management
