Head of Internal Communications recruitment

In this highly visible role you will work at head-office level within the Retail Business Banking division, providing leadership to a team of six based across London, Lithuania, Manchester, and India.  You will take a leading role in providing best-practice, strategic internal communications support to Business leaders to enable a high performing and engaged workforce.  There will be an emphasis on the team’s end-to-end delivery under your direction of strategic and change communications projects across all channels, working closely with the Banking leaders and HR.  The pace will be quick moving and continuously evolving – so your internal communications strategy will need to develop and change in line with the business.  

As the ideal candidate you have substantial Internal Communications experience within a large, complex blue-chip business.  Financial services experience is not required.  You will have proven team management experience, with a very strong ability to lead and motivate a high performing team.  You are skilled and successfully influencing and managing relationships at director level.  You can show a strong track record of developing innovative internal communications strategies and channels for a disperse audience, including change, crisis and issues communications.
