Reporting direct to the Global Head of International Assignments you will be responsible for leading the Asia Pacific strategy. You will need to work closely with the Head of HR, APAC to ensure that each country in the region has a strong mobility platform looking at retaining top talent from around the world in Asia and, in addition, attracting the very best people internally. Furthermore, you will need to look at current policies and procedures, review existing guidelines and ensure that things are aligned in the most efficient manner both globally and within each individual country. There will be a project focus attached to the role and you will need to juggle day to day requirements with these objectives.

We are ideally looking for a strong Mobility expert that can demonstrate a style and presence that works well with Senior Executives and the regional team. Preference will be given to candidates that are based in Asia, however profiles from overseas will be considered if they can demonstrate working for a large global MNC with a distinguished brand. English language skills are essential with Cantonese or Mandarin skills both regarded as a nice to have. In addition to this we are also looking for:

• A degree educated individual
