Work for this international insurance group, and you will have the opportunity to impact on the management and development of human capital for one of the world’s leading professional institutions. Providing a range of insurance and investment planning options to their clients, this group seeks an experienced Head of Mobility to handle international mobility and rewards for expatriates in the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility, your main focus will be to setup and head the Centre of Expertise for Asia. Additionally you will be involved in designing, developing and implementing performance, reward and international mobility strategies and programmes for the region.
You will possess at least 8 years of experience in international mobility with specialised expertise in international expatriate taxation and international compensation as well as experience dealing with immigration and relocation management. Given the focus on leadership of the position you will also possess proven maturity to lead projects as well as a regional team.
