Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic investment of real estate portfolio.
- Sourcing, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities including joint venture partnership, merger or acquisition.
- Provide leadership to the investment team to conduct due diligence and feasibility studies.
- Formulate business plans, enhancement strategies and management to existing assets.
- Initiate and streamline asset management processes across all operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics and / or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 8 - 12 years holding senior management position in real estate investment and /or any other related functions.
- Regional or international exposure will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with sound knowledge in driving business in different market segments.
