Head of Investments closed-end funds (m/f)

Full time – Nuremberg, Germany

Duties and Responsibilities

Day to Day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, screening and selecting investment opportunities primarily in the Real Estate Renewable Energy sector

• Structuring of investment portfolios (structuring corporate investment, analysing all market conditions such as legal, tax, technical and financial.)

• Management and coordination of the closed-end funds (financial controlling of investments, monitoring the market, regular reporting, corporate meetings and liquidity management.)

• Management and coordination of the production of capital market brochures according to the brochures sales regulations as well as IDWS 4.

Your Profile

• You have completed an Economics degree – Ideally with a focus on Finance

• Ideally 8 years experience in the field outlined above – preferably at an international company

• Fluent German and English is mandatory

• Ability to work independently

• Strong background in the field of actuarial modelling (Excel)

• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
