Head of Investor Services and Relationship Management
Experienced candidate required to play a pivotal role in the leading of a large team on the transfer agency side with a major focus on client services, client relationship management and change management.
You will play an active role in reshaping the strategy of the department while promoting and securing the ongoing growth and development of the wider business.
Your role will be leveraged across strong leadership, client relationship management, resource management, and risk and regulatory and change management.
Skills/ Experience
• 10-12 years experience in a similar operational role
• 5-7 years in a management capacity
• Proven track record in client relationship management
• Good knowledge of Transfer Agency functions
• Sound knowledge experience in fund accounting/ custody
• Strong exposure to regulatory background to funds
• Effective change management skills
• Business Related Degree
