Head of Islamic Retail Banking recruitment
Job Description - note this position is based in Malaysia
Reporting to the Malaysia CEO and Global Head of Islamic Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Initiate, develop and implement innovative growth strategies for the Malaysia market
- Work with local and global leadership teams to localise global policies to suit the local market
- Lead, train and develop a market leading team
- Identify and maxmise opportunities in the market to ensure continued growth across Malaysia and the region
The Successful Applicant
You are degree qualified and have at least 10 years leadership experience within Shariah / Islamic Finance preferably focusing on the retail banking market. You have a strong track record of driving growth, implementing change and building a highly successful and motivated teams.
