Reporting to the Global Head of Graduate Development, you will manage a team that oversees all graduate training in Asia. In order to do this, you and your team will work closely with the appropriate lines of business as well as the graduate recruitment team, to analyze, evaluate and revise the graduate development training program.

We are looking for a strong learning and development manager, who has past experience working with graduates. Ideally this person comes from a financial services background, but we are also open to legal or professional services industries as well. To apply for this role you will need to have demonstrated management responsibility, strong curriculum development and learning strategy. English is essential with Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous. In addition to this we are looking for:

• A degree educated individual

• Asia Pacific experience

• An ability to work in a matrixed organization
