The role of Head of Learning for International and Institutional Banking (IIB) and Asia Pacific Europe and America (APEA) reports to the Global Head of Learning Services and the Divisional Head of Human Resources. The role holder will have full accountability for ensuring divisional capability and learning solutions are delivered while supporting the overall business agenda.

The individual is expected to manage the development and governance of the Divisional capability blueprint, actively lead annual demand management, spend and planning process for the Division and manage the design and overseeing development of all divisional learning solutions. You will lead a team of Business Learning Managers (BLM's) to work with the Division's business units/global segments to determine the learning curricula required.

You will build a culture of ongoing assessment of learning solutions and based on these, provide recommendations and impact analysis to the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for applicable global segment lines to drive connectivity across business and geographic lines from scoping onwards.

Qualifications

ANZ is looking for a highly skilled, commercial and strategically minded individual with a proven track record in learning services. The successful candidate will have experience running a large function across multiple geographies along with the ability to drive change in a rapid growth and heavily matrixed business environment.

Experience building a Learning division from the ground up along with proven capability in aligning a business to company and divisional strategy is essential. Our preferred candidate has managed Executive/Board level stakeholders and may come from either Financial Services or a large multinational.
