Head of Learning & Organizational Development, Asia Pacific recruitment
Reporting to the Global head of Learning OD, you will be a close partner to the business and ensure that Learning and Organizational Development initiatives will be in tandem with the planned growth and development around the region. You will need to understand the trends of the business, as well as stakeholder interests, and ensure the provision of the relevant technical and skills training. You will be fully responsible for managing the LD team, and providing guidance on the entire training curriculum - spanning needs analysis, program design, development, evaluation, and facilitation. This is a senior management level role, and there will therefore be a strong emphasis on consultation and advisory work. In addition you will be responsible for developing a platform that delivers a contemporary experience and underpinning the brand.
You must have a strong academic background with a blue chip / professional services track record within the Learning Development area. In particular, you will be strong in needs analysis, program development, as well as facilitation. You will demonstrate strong consultative capabilities, as well as a good level of gravitas and excellent presentation skills. Near native English language skills are essential and a spoken Asian Language highly preferable.
