Head of London Porfolio Accounting Operations
This role will act as the Primary point person for all Portfolio Accounting responsibilities within EMEA
(Experience of Sim Corp Dimension and/or Thomson Reuters Portia is desirable)
The responsibilities and experience is needed in the following areas :.
- Reconciliation of internal accounting platform to external Sub Advisor, Fund Administrators and Custodians.
- Research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner, while accurately reporting aged items to management.
- Assist client Investment Committees and portfolio managers with rebalancing efforts
- Facilitate best practice process management with various operational and administrative areas of the organization.
- Provide oversight and play a key role in the outsourced reconciliation process.
We are looking for individual with practical exposure in another large asset manager performing a similar role but looking for an opportunity where they are the "point person" in the office for this area.
