Head of M&A, Division of FTSE Business recruitment
Our client, is a FTSE 100 business with truly global reach.
They are now looking to recruit a Head of MA for one of their major subsidiaries, a higly successful global business in its own right. The role is the 'lead' MA person in the division and will work for Financial Director.
The position will work on the leading, origination and execution of non - organic growth projects. This might include acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, capital investments, financial analysis of corporate strategy, valuations. The position will work closely alongside senior board level management and have close interaction with the business. You will supervise a small team and have responsibility for deal execution from inception to completion.
We are interested in meeting with candidates who will have a background as follows:
- Corporate development manager from other FTSE businesses.
- Investment bankers looking to make a move into a corporate development role.
- Director level advisors from the Big Four accounting firms
Candidates are likely to have at least 8 - 10 years experience and ideally have a combination of advisory/ banking and corporate development. The role is heavily deal orientated and canfdidates must be able to demostrate great deal experience.
