Head of Management Information, Global Markets (VP level) recruitment
Must have
- strong stakeholder management skills
- analytical mindset, who can spot problems and risks as well as being able to provide good analysis of the problems to business heads
- PC product knowledge, ideally across a few different products and asset classes
- Technical accounting skills useful but really looking for someone who is strong in metrics, performance measurement.
- ability to work at a regional level and multitask effectively.
- Leading a team of 7 but strong influencing skill to lead and influence other teams/functions
Other skills
- Ambition to move into a broader role, potentially candidates who are or wish to be on the CFO/COO career path
- candidates who are not linear thinkers, can do a constantly-shifting adhoc role, learn quickly and willingness to upskill constantly
- Relevant qualifications, CA, CPA, CIMA
- Mandarin skills a definite advantage
