Head of Marketing – Financial Spread Betting/CFDs/Retail Finance recruitment
Relevant experience within the CFD/structured products/retail finance sector is preferred but not essential. A strong educational (degree) background is desired, coupled with a strong work ethic. The candidate must demonstrate a sound knowledge of financial markets and products.
Key Accountabilities Duties
- Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans and growing the client base in accordance with the company’s business plan and budget;
- Developing the company’s brand through innovative advertising, promotions, and PR activities;
- Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior management
- Prospecting and developing strategic partnerships;
- Managing external relationships with creative and media planning agencies.
Skills and Experiences Required
- You must have the confidence and ability to take individual responsibility for the direction and success of all company marketing strategies from day one
- Previous experience within the retail financial services industry is desired;
- Able to demonstrate experience of delivering consistent growth in revenue through the implementation of cost effective marketing strategies;
• A broad experience of online, TV, PR and print media channels
• Experience of online marketing (SEO and SEM, blogs, social media etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, partners and suppliers
Ability to innovate and use non-traditional marketing channels (guerrilla marketing) to achieve results
