Head of Marketing and Segments recruitment

We are currently recruiting a Head of Marketing and Segments who will be responsible for driving customer, AUM and revenue growth for Citibank Retail Banking business. In this role you will drive the business strategy ensuring that product targets are met and Financials are delivered to plan, as well developing strong talent.
Some of the Key accountabilities are:
- Driving customer acquisition and product sales through optimized marketing spend and effort
- Track and review PL and Balance Sheet performance to assess opportunities and risks and facilitate actions as required
- Ensure the right management tools and value drivers are in place to measure and drive channel, product and business performance
- Maximize product depth for new-to-bank and existing customers of retail banking products (deposits, investment products) as well as extended consumer product range (cards, mortgages, insurance)
- Maximize and improve customer engagement and retention
- Define and manage key segments value proposition in collaboration with retail banking management, implement new wealth management strategy
- Define and implement value proposition jointly with branch management and wealth advisory team for Citigold and Citibanking segment management
- Market segment and drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability
- Enhance upgrades to Citigold segment
- Key contact person for Asia Pacific segment management and reporting
- Ensure business marketing compliance with regulations and policies: ASIC rules and guidelines, APRA, FOS, as well as Citi internal policies, including branding.
- Provide leadership in terms of business strategy, development and effective implementation for Directs team
- Set clear direction and vision for Retail Marketing team and ensure buy in
Desired Qualifications
- Degree Qualified in Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar discipline
- Extensive financial services (preferably retail banking and wealth management) marketing at a senior level
- P L understanding
- Value Proposition development
- Stakeholder engagement
- Strong leadership capability
