Head of Non-IT Support Team recruitment
Responsibilities
- Budget/Forecast/Realization preparation and follow-up.
- Service fees costing.
- Staff training planning and follow-up.
- Coordination with HR Dept.
- Sourcing of contract staff (inclusive of vendor/agency relationship management).
- Coordination follow up of Audit/Compliance concerns
- Service Agreement management service quality reporting.
- Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recover Plan management.
- Procedures and other documentation.
Mandatory requirements
- University graduate or above.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in IT organizations for non-IT support functions (ex: Finance, Management reporting, procurement and etc).
- Good management skills.
- Strong reporting skills costing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, self motivated and excellent team player.
- Good understanding on compliance security requirements in IT organizations.
- Good documentation skills.
