Head of Office – Private Equity recruitment
Our client is an international private equity firm with a track record of highly successful transactions and a strong alignment with their portfolio companies. To enhance the development of Asian operations they require an individual who can manage all aspects of the Asian office and work with the Group CEO to drive enhanced PL performance from investments.
The successful candidate will work with international management to identify investment opportunities across the region that provide a strategic fit, drive contract negotiations, oversee deployment of advisors and maintain financial oversight as new investments come on board.
- The desired candidate will ideally present a combination of these skills and experiences;
- Direct on the ground experience of building financial services or web distribution businesses.
- Proven experience of executing private equity investments in the region.
- Professionally qualified; MBA, Lawyer or Accountant.
- Chinese language skills and a good network of regional contacts.
- Vision and capacity to drive business across a broad range of markets/investments.
