Full Job Description
- To be responsible for the management ofthe operational functions including Claims Management, Products and Pricing and the Helpline Services and Information Systems.
- To contribute to the formulation and delivery of strategy, mission and business objectives and to be accountable to the CEO for operational management objectives.
- To ensure that the CEO and Board are appraised of all advice and information relevant to the management of operational functional areas.

£70,000 - £80,000 per anum.
