Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing four departments (around 22 staff) under Operations - namely 1) Export Bills, 2) Import Bills, 3)Deposit and Remittance, 4) Settlement; to ensure smooth daily functioning. You will also need to liaise with other departments on operational issues and other projects. Developing, maintaining and implementing Operational procedures and controls will form part of your core responsibilities.
You will also need to oversee and handle all irregularities and customer's complaints relating to operational issues.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has minimally a university degree and comes with at least 10 years experience in areas of Import and Export Bills, Settlement, and Deposit/ Remittance.
You need to have strong organizational and planning skills, with strong leadership and communication abilities. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
