Local Marketing Program Manager Job in Waltham 02451, Massachusetts US

Position Summary
The Local Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding the unique opportunities, obstacles, and personalities of a territory and crafting marketing programs that drive attendance to educational seminars. From finding new prospect pools to developing relevant nurture streams, the Local Marketing Manager will work in partnership with the Regional Development Directors to move the needle in a given geography.

Key Responsibilities
• Deep-dive into territory trends, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
• Create actionable local marketing plans and achieve quarterly goals
• Work with local partners, associations, and media to deliver an integrated marketing plan that drives awareness and action
• Work with internal teams such as PR, Creative Services, Web Team, and external agencies to create program/campaign deliverables
• Thorough and on-going evaluation and reporting of program performance

Qualifications
• 5 - 8 years field / direct marketing experience
• Salesforce.com / marketing automation experience preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and continuously move each forward
• Strong analytical, reporting, written and verbal communication skills
• Results / deadline driven
• Social Media marketing experience a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA a plus.
• Travel required
