Growing Pension Scheme Provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Oversight Operations with Pensions knowledge to manage a team and develop the relationship with their outsourced administrator.
The firm has a proud history and is set for further growth in 2013/2014. They are based in modern offices, close to transport and amenities.
The Role
You will report to the Director of Operations and will manage a team of 10/11. The main part of your role is to manage and develop the relationship with the outsourced administrator. Key duties include:
* Oversight of outsourced administrator
* SLA reviews/monitoring
* Site meetings
* MI
* Point of escalation
* Projects
